Target is usually very good about giving you a price adjustment on previously purchased items. How it works: if an item you purchased is advertised for a lower price than you paid, Target will return you the difference. A time limit applies (I think it's two weeks) but all you need to bring in is your receipt.
FYI--Target has on sale this week solid horizontal pocket folders for 10 cents a piece and Fiskar scissors for $1.
